Pumpkin Cheesecake

At work whoever had the last birthday brings cake for the next birthday. My birthday was last so I got bring cake for one of my coworkers on Friday. I decided (with her permission) to be a little festive...so I brought Pumpkin Cheesecake from Costco it was extremely yummy and I know Dad is on a diet but I am so bringing some for Thanksgiving dinner. ;o)
